1. AdSaLc: EGFR比例僅3成。Gross下可以看到兩個團塊。開刀後局部recurr多為SqCC

2. Pleomorphic carcinoma

G1->S phase: (1) suppressor (RB pathway, 和CDK相關!)，(2) suppressor (p53 pathway)

Resistance to cell death (apoptosis): 主要是和p53有關

ILD in IM: anti-JO-1(+) -> 70% (anti-MDA5)

(IM: inflammatory myositis; Gottron's papules, mechanical hand )

1. IV NVB最多給到BSA 20-25, 若給到35，則容易severe neutropenia

2. 第一次打immunotherapy, 最好把時間拉長到90分鐘，不然容易anaphylactic shock, 可加0.5 amp Vena

目前是immunotherapy對於lung cancer治療的新進程，從之，我們可以相較於breast cancer的浩鼎小故事。

原來它的疫苗是用fully synthetic glycoconjugate vaccine composed of globo H and monophosphoryl lipid A (MPLA) 來induce T cell immunity。而且他的primary end point是PFS. 今天老師上課說，目前美國FDA希望要用OS來評估，而不是用PFS。

有時候會被問到，抽完水之後可不可以出國(等於要坐飛機)。
