RP-EBUS操作流程: CT bronchogram: 於最少的bronchus裡找到lesion, 伸到有阻力，再回拉. 

Location of the lesion: within (診斷率高)> adjacent to 

EBUS-GS: K203(204) -> 搭UM-S20-20R(RP) -> 用scope(1T260)

The Tips of EBUS-GS: (1) guide sheah要固定好，不要跑到sono, (2) within, (3) assitant(最好有三個人一起)，(4)用大號一點，(5) brushing不要伸太出來!!

RP-EBUS的其他優點: 看early lung cancer(用水球型): airway integrity (1-6層)

EBUS-GS for pure GGO -> Blizzard sign (enhancement拉長!!!)，如果合併solid part，則會有顆粒出現
